All the holiday homes for sale on our Lake District caravan park possess unique features, such as elevated positions, individual screening with trees and some have views over the picturesque Lake Ullswater. We offer both new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale, with our new holiday homes ranging from £35,000 to £72,000. The availability of pre-owned pitches is rare, due to the prime location of Park Foot, but if you speak with our team we will inform you when one of the pre-owned holiday home pitches become available. On average these range from £10,000 to £30,000.
The Park is open from the first week in March (weather permitting), up until the first week in November, so you can enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer throughout the spring, summer and autumn seasons.
Holiday home pitch fees start from £3,750 – £6,000, depending on the size of the pitch. Rates are included in the fees and electric is extra, detailed by meter readings and charged at the end of the season. We help to arrange insurance from Compass on a ‘New for Old’ basis with group policy annual renewal date 31st October, can be taken out pro-rata at point of sale.
Bottled gas can be exchanged at Reception and delivery can also be arranged. We do not allow sub-letting, but friends and relatives are welcome to stay. Owning a holiday home at Park Foot entitles you to free Lake access and entrance to our on-park Club house. We can also arrange boat storage for our guests.
We believe the quality of our holiday homes, combined with our location on the banks of Ullswater, provide the opportunity for you to buy one of the best static caravans in the Lake District.
