All the holiday homes for sale on our Lake District caravan park possess unique features, such as elevated positions, individual screening with trees and some have views over the picturesque Lake Ullswater. We offer both new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale, with our new holiday homes ranging from £55,000 to £265,000. The availability of pre-owned pitches is rare, due to the prime location of Park Foot, but if you speak with our team we will inform you when one of the pre-owned holiday home pitches become available. On average these range from £30,000.

PARK INFORMATION FOR HOLIDAY HOME SALES

The Park is open all year round, so you can enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer throughout the spring, summer and autumn seasons.

Holiday home pitch fees start from £3,937.50 to £6,300 for the year. Rates are included in the fees and electric is extra, detailed by meter readings and charged at the end of the season.

We help to arrange insurance from Compass on a ‘New for Old’ basis with group policy annual renewal date: 1st November, can be taken out pro-rata at point of sale. Park Foot Holiday Park is an Appointed Representative of Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN number 412117. Compass Insurance is a trading name of Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company Number: 11429456 at Registered address: 7 Pullman Court, Great Western Road, Gloucester GL1 3ND. Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN Number: 820727.

Bottled gas can be exchanged at Reception and delivery can also be arranged. We do not allow sub-letting, but friends and relatives are welcome to stay. Owning a holiday home at Park Foot entitles you to free Lake access and entrance to our on-park TJ’s Restaurant/bar. We now have WIFI that has been distributed around the park. Holiday home owners can sign up for this and have WIFI in their holiday home. £15 per month for 15Mbps.

We believe the quality of our holiday homes, combined with our location on the banks of Ullswater, provide the opportunity for you to buy one of the best static caravans in the Lake District.

					Park foot is our favourite park. We go every year and are never disappointed. The park is exceptionally well maintained and is always evolving. It is very dog friendly which is what we love about the whole of the lakes. There is absolutely something for everyone at park foot. We always enjoy a couple of drinks in the bar and have 1 or 2 meals. The food is very good. The takeaway option is great as well. There are numerous play areas if you have children and a lovely stream running through. A 10 minute walk along the riverside brings you out at Pooley Bridge with numerous pubs cafes and shops. The shop on site has changed hands this year and has had a refurbishment, personally I preferred the character and abundance of stock before the refurbishment but that’s a personal preference and not a criticism. The 2 things I feel could improve the facilities are an area to freeze ice packs and reopening a couple of the showers in the toilet block at Lakeside. I feel this would stop a lot of people driving across to the new shower block. I’ve also noticed year upon year the park is getting busier and it’s getting harder to book up, being on lots of campsite Facebook sites Park foot is always recommended. We need to stop with the recommendations and keep this little jewel to ourselves!! 😂😂 That said the park itself never feels overcrowded.

					Absolutely love this place with a passion amazing facilities and on on the waters edge making it perfect to stay and launch my boat to the lake. This is one of my two all time favourite sites across whole of the UK.

					just left park foot after 4 nights and had a great time. we were 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and stayed on the euseriggs field which was perfect for us as plenty of space for the kids to play. the toilet block on the field is fine for basic needs, and the shower block was only a few minutes walk further. we went even further into the site and used the new block by the shop and they were fantastic, so once the new block they're building opens near euseriggs field it will be perfect. The kids really enjoyed the parks and we ate at TJ restaurant one night and was pleasantly surprised, The food was really good. the location is superb, a few minutes walk to the lake and 10 minutes walk to pooley bridge. there were a few groups on our field which surprised me as the website was pretty clear that no more than 2 families could book together, but security was great, round at 11 to ask people to be quiet and then staff round in the morning to check no one had snuck onto site. we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, especially when the new toilet block is finished

					Just back from 4 nights on lakeside. Fabulous site, clean, affordable, great amenities and beautiful views. My son was over the moon to meet fellow EBT owners and the bullies themselves jay jay and brodie. Will definitely be back

					Fabulous site. Facilities are cleaned regularly, pitches are very spacious.Never heard any noise after 11pm.The shop is very well stocked and if you have forgotten anything this shop will have it. Booked TJs for food on the Saturday evening, lovely food. Short walk/drive from Sandall area to the lakeside, you can take your own paddleboards etc. Very close to Pooley Bridge where there is plenty of shops and pubs. We had the best time and will come for longer on our next trip. Thanks very much

					 Beautiful well maintained family run site with many great facilities, including a lovely bar & restaurant in a perfect location in Pooley Bridge next to Ullswater. We’ve stayed there twice & already booked to go back next year.

					 We absolutely love coming to parkfoot! Loads for the kids to do & the park is fab for them to safely be playing. Always stay right next to the lake for easy access with the paddleboards.
