ELECTRIC IS CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR ALL PROPERTIES. 3RD MAY - 27TH SEPTEMBER (SUMMER) £15 PER WEEK OR £10 SHORT BREAK. ALL OTHER TIMES £30 PER WEEK & £20 PER SHORT STAY. ELECTRIC METERS WILL BE READ AND UNITS USED OVER THE AMOUNT PAID WILL BE CHARGED FOR. PLEASE NOTE : ELECTRIC IS PAYABLE WITH THE BALANCE DUE 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY. THANK YOU.
Please Note: Beckside, Park & Barton Lodge, Change over day will operate on a Friday, during November to February and return to Saturday, from March to October. All properties over Christmas and New year - change over day is Saturday. Short stays are available out of season, telephone before booking for availablity. |
