Situated in the centre of the popular Lakeside Village of Pooley Bridge, opposite the Sun Inn. Originally the building served as Stables for the Sun Inn and is just 400 metres from the shore of Ullswater. These stone cottages were totally renovated in 2000, yet still retain the original sash windows and country charm. Comprising of two properties with communal front door leading to hallway and separate entrances. Use of facilities at Park Foot Holiday Park and launching facilities ½ mile away. Both have barbeques and & spacious shared garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. |

These houses have washing machines and tumble dryers, electric cooker, mircrowave, dishwashers, colour TV and video. Blanton House properties also have a stereo/CD player. Gardens with Patio Area, table and chairs. Ample parking facilities. SORRY NO PETS. Properties available for occupation from 3.p.m on Fridays and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. £100, security depsit for Parklands and £50 security deposit are required for Blanton House properties on arrival, by leaving credit card details. PLEASE NOTE - The facilities at Park Foot are available from March - October. The Club with Bar and Restaurant with Disco may close during the week at quiet times.* To book please tepehone first to make a reservation and quote the booking date and property required on your booking form. These Properties are situated at the top of the Park near to the Farm House. Accommodation consists of Kitchen, Dining Room and Sitting room with sofa bed. Two Bedrooms one double one twin, Bathroom with Bath and over head Shower, Toilet and Wash Hand Basin.
Elderbeck : Sleeps 6/8 : 2 Bedroomed :
This Property is situated along side Aikbeck at the top of the Park. Accommodation consists of Veranda, Open Plan Kitchen, Dining area, Lounge with Double Sofa Bed, Two Bedrooms both have double beds plus one has bunks. Bathroom with Bath and over head Shower
Park Lodge & Barton Lodge : Available all year : Sleeps 6 : 3 Bedroomed :
Newly refurbished in 2006 Both Properties are situated on a terrace above Aikbeck and Elderbeck cabins. Two three bedroomed lodges each accommodating 6 people, one bedroom has a double bed with ensuite and the others are twin bedded. Bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking.

These five houses have been recently renovated and are situated above the caravan park at the foot of Barton Fell with views of Lake Ullswater and the surrounding Lakeland fells.
Each house accommodates 6 people. Accommodation consists of Kitchenette, Living room with sofa bed for the 5th and 6th persons, and Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. One double has wash basin and looks onto Barton fell, twin bedroom opens out onto a veranda looking out onto the lake There are also shared BBQ's and ample parking. |

| All houses and Log Cabins are furnished and equipped to a high standard with colour T.V's, microwaves, dishwashers, Cookers and Linen (Please Note NO towels are provided). Beckside, Parklodge and Barton lodge have washer/driers, and are available all year round. Terms are per week . A charge of £16.00 per pet is required on booking. Cots available on request. A cleaning and breakages deposit is due on arrival of £50. Credit card details are prefered and will be destroyed the week following your holiday, providing there are no charges to be made. Properties are available for occupation from 3pm Saturdays and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Gas and electric are payable when balance is due, charges are as follows: Summer 1st May - 26th September £20 per week and £10 short stay, all other times £35 per week and £22.50 for short stay. |
