BOOKING CONDITIONS
 • We regret that we do not accept single sex groups, or unaccompanied under 18s.
 • At the owners' discretion, parties may be asked to pay a noise deposit on arrival in cash of £10 per adult (returned in cash on departure - at owners discretion).
 • Anyone causing a nuisance or disturbance to others will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
 • Bookings are accepted only for the party named and are not transferable.
 • Electric pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
 • The company reserves the right to cancel or terminate a holiday where the client has failed to disclose all the material facts as required.
 • Deposits/payments are non-refundable on cancellation unless cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, less administration fee of £10.
 • Please make cheques payable to Allen (Park Foot) Ltd. We also accept credit and debit cards, please add a 50p supplement if paying by this method. Telephone bookings accepted with credit/debit card payment/deposit.
 • Electric Pitches for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes & Tents: Please telephone for availability, we accept a minimum of 4 nights over Easter from Thursday, 3 nights over Bank Holidays from Friday, 7 nights for last week July and first week of August. Maximum size of tents on electric pitch = 5m diameter. Only one tent per pitch allowed on electric. Please note we require the full balance in advance on all electric bookings staying 7 nights or less. £10 deposit staying 8 nights or more.
 • Non - Electric Pitches for Motorhomes and Tents: No advance bookings taken for less than 2 nights, 3 nights over Bank Holidays.

Shop Field-located below shop on main site-all electric pitches located in this field-close to Park facilities-ideal for families
Aikbeck Field-located near to the Lake with Lake Access, toilets and showers. Fields can be requested but not guaranteed
